I am not the typical girl...I don't particularly like shopping. I really don't like shopping with other people. I prefer to go to the stores that I need and get it over with. That being said, I do not plan on going shopping today. Good luck to all of you that are braving the crowds. I hope you find great deals!

I hear Black Friday is manic over in the States, bit like Boxing day over here I guess. I can't help but shop, the bargains are too good to pass up! Love the telly and the dress
ReplyDeleteI dont live where they have Black Friday sales but even if I did, I wouldnt go. :/ It seems more risky and hectic then fun or like something to do on a holiday lol.

I don't know how people handle Black Friday! I drove by our local wal-mart last night at 9pm [or so] and there were people already lined up! The store didn't open until 4am!!! How do people do that? It was coooold, too! There's no way you'd ever see me out waiting like that. :) I much prefer online shopping at this time of year, haha.

ReplyDeleteI love shopping, but I would so much rather do it from home. I had a horrible experience on Black Friday when I was 8-years-old - never again have I participated in such a gruesome day. Nope, shopping online in my pajamas is preferred! :)
ReplyDeletei totally avoid black friday- though a few days before, my fiancee and i just bought that samsung 50 inch tv! we got it at best buy for 699! it was the biggest tv/best quality/lowest price we could find! haha i think i'm in looove! things are so bad now that there are just so many sales anyway- no need for awful crowds!!! happy thanksgiving!!!

soo...I DID IT! We always go, usually just for shits and giggles. We didn't get any stellar deals, but it was fun and exhausting. People did shop in their pj's and one girl even sported a tube top and stilettos at toysrus at midnight (and then she fell over the curb!).
