If you're looking for a quick and easy smoothie recipe, I've got it! All you need is a can of Kern's Apricot and a handful of strawberries, pineapples and strawberries. Literally, just mix the three up in a blender and you're done. And it tastes so good!
What's great about this smoothie is you can add anything you want to the recipe depending on the fruit you like. If you prefer flavors on the tart side, only use 3/4 of the juice can. But if you'd rather it not be sour, use the whole can and/or add bananas or blueberries.

ReplyDeleteInteresting idea! I made a delish smoothie this morning with flax seed, spinach, one banana, a handful of frozen strawberries, a tablespoon of almond butter, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Loooooved it. I'm always trying green monster variations. But yours looks so EASY!

Mmmm ... I love Kern's Nectar drinks, but man are they loaded with sugar! This looks like a yummy treat though ... I wonder how it would taste with a little vodka in it? Might have to experiment with that one! Ha!!
