Happies & Crappies

The Vintage Modern Wife: Happies and Crappies Link Up

Happies
We had 67 linkups for MMG! So awesome to see it grow. If you haven't linked up, join us Monday!

Attended WBTV's A Night of Comedy on Wednesday with Kate at a fancy theater and got up close and personal with the stars of Mom and Undateable.

Going to a birthday party tomorrow night and I'll get to hang out with friends I don't see often.

Crappies
Realizing that saying "you get what you give" is not really true. It's more like "you give and people take".

Aunt Flo's visit yesterday. I left work early, got home by 11 and slept until 5:30.

What a cute post! I am very happy for all your happies (especially the comedy show) and feel bad for your crappies. But I do hope your weekend is full of happy, happy things!

Please vote for me in this WWDMagic contest--you can vote today even if you already voted before! Today is the last day to help me win! http://bit.ly/1j4DVeI

Have a great weekend and fun at the party girl. And yes, kick some aunt Flo butt...she's always so annoying. Such a fun lil post.

But a 6 hour nap could also be considered a "happy"!

I totally agree with "you give and people take." I'm working on that with a few friends right now. I'm tired of taking care of them, making all the plans, being thoughtful, and then being disappointed when nothing is ever done for me in return. And buying my kids a Christmas present doesn't count. That's for them, not me. Ugh!

Geez, Debbie Downer. On a positive note, I'm glad you had a fun week/weekend! I promise to email you back this weekend. Things have been crazy.
