We made the drive up to Julian early enough to walk the main street, eat breakfast, taste apple cider, pick up some sweet treats, and get the most delicious apple pie from Julian Pie Company. On the way home we decided to play $20 at a casino (that lasted a whole five minutes) then head to Temecula for a glass of vino and Maurice Car'rie winery's famous brie bread. I'm just going to let the photo speak for the bread. And it's just as good as it looks!
My fun continued Saturday with college football. I went to my first USC game thanks to a friend who got tickets through her work. Since her company is a sponsor of the football team we got to tailgate in style with an open bar, catered lunch, and some swag. It was the perfect way to enjoy my first Trojan game!
